  • ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PRODUCED ETHICALLY?

    We make it a point to only work with companies that uphold the same standards and business practices as we do. The clothing we carry comes from a variety of manufacturers, each located in a different place. Most of what we carry is made in the United States, Europe, or China. Our goal has always been to find and sell products that our Mother Earth would be proud of. If we feel a company we are using is no longer upholding these standards we will stop doing business with them immediately.

  • DO YOU RESTOCK YOUR ITEMS?

    Yes! If you want to be notified when/if we get a specific item restocked, head to the product
    online and it will say, "Notify Me When Available" when you click on the out of stock size. It will
    then ask you to enter your email so we can let you know! If you no longer see this item on our
    website, we most likely are not able to restock this item any longer.

Our favorite (and trademarked) hashtag that you may see around the store and on some of our custom designed pieces are our daily reminder to live the life you love.     I placed an order but I have not received an email confirmation.
    First, please add hello@bpoetic.com to your email address book and check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If you still don't see the order confirmation, the email address entered at checkout may have been entered incorrectly. Please email us at hello@bpoetic.com and tell us the email address where you would like the order confirmation sent and we will check and see if the order didn't go through or if the email address was simply entered incorrectly at checkout.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Yes! We can cancel your whole order, or just specific items if your order has not yet shipped. If you have not yet received an email stating that your order has shipped, please email hello@bpoetic.com immediately using the Subject: "URGENT: Cancel Order" and be sure to include your order number.
    **Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped**

  • How do I return an item?

    We hope you love everything you purchase from b.poetic but we understand sometimes things just don't work out. If the item you are exchanging or returning is out of stock, we will issue store credit. Customers are responsible for a return label and return shipping expenses if they wish to receive a refund.

  • How do I exchange item(s)?

    We offer free exchanges! These exchanges must be for the same item in a different size or color. Clothing, footwear and swimwear must be returned in new condition. Tags must be attached and items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors.

  • WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN SOMETHING FOR A REFUND BUT THE CARD I USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE IS NO LONGER ACTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    As long as you are still with the same bank, we can safely refund the original card. Your bank will reroute the refund into your new account. If you have switched banks, we will need to issue you store credit instead of a refund. Please Contact Us for more information.

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

    We have a 14-day return policy! So as long as your item(s) are postmarked within 14 days from when your order was purchased, we will happily accept your return!. After that time frame, items will be marked as un-returnable.

  • CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?

    You are welcome to return items that were purchased on sale! However, if the item was marked FINAL SALE it is not able to be returned.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

    In store returns are immediate. If using a printed return label, once a package reaches our facility it typically takes 3-5 business days for our returns team to process a return. We will make sure to send you an email once your refund has been issued! You will receive the funds from your refund in your account approximately 5 –10 days after the date on which the refund is initiated.

  • WHAT IS THE B.POETIC RETURN POLICY?

    b.poetic is committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that things don’t always work
    out. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original
    condition, within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. If it has been longer than 14 days you
    are welcome to still return your item(s) and will then only be given store credit.
    Refunds are issued as store credit after 14 days. Refunds are not credited until returned
    merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility.
    Shipping charges are non refundable.
    If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color, you can do so with with the
    credit received after your return has been processed.
    We cannot guarantee the availability of any item.
    In order to be eligible for a return all items must be:
    • Received within 14 days of original delivery or in-store purchase.
    • Unworn & Unwashed
    • Have original tags attached
    • Include a copy of your invoice or have original receipt and a return form from shipping.
    The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
    • Swimwear
    • Sale items
    • Merchandise marked FINAL SALE
    • Jewelry
    • Hats
    • Shipping costs

  • HOW DO I SEND MY ITEM BACK?

    Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping back all return packages. You
    can ship your package through the mailing service of your choice. We encourage you to send all
    returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage as b.poetic is NOT responsible for
    any lost or damaged items.

  • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER B.POETIC RECEIVES YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT?

    We strive to process all returns within 1-3 business days of receipt at our facility. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit for the eligible items or a refund to your original card used for purchase if it is within 14 days. If after 14 days store credit will be sent to you via a gift card in the mail.

    b.poetic is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days after an order is placed! Outside the U.S orders will take an additional 4-12 business days for delivery based on location.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes! All packages are shipped with duties and taxes unpaid. These charges may or may not apply to your package. If you are unaware of the custom or tax charges, we recommend you contact your local customs office before you purchase an order with us. Shipping costs vary depending on package size and location.

    Of Course! When you are checking out, there will be different shipping options under the "Shipping Method" section. The cost will vary depending on the shipping speed and weight of your package.
